I got a new phone, i have my id from my account on my old phone, but when i try to "bind" it, it say failed. How do i retrieve my old account?

    you should use your old phone and bind your game with FB or Google. And login to your bound account on your new phone.

I don't have my old phone. I have my id number. I was unaware that it was so complicated. All my other games, i just added my id # or when i connected to fb or Google it replaced the current game.
