Problem with loging in my old account on new phone

I have a problem to log in on my account after changing my phone. Account is linked to my Google account but when i want to Switch account it says linking failed the account is linked to a separate game account, like in screenshot in attachment. My correct account is this one in the screenshot that one I'm trying to use on my new phone. Can someone please help me??!

    Please use switch account function instead of bind account. Don't tap bind account or go to bind.

I'm replaying instead of topic owner because he deleted the game. He was using the Switch account option and that option leads to link account. Just admit that there is no way to use old account on new device and save us all the torture. Fix that or you will lose another player when I change my phone soon.

    It leads you to bind account because recent new account not bound, you will lose recent account if you switch to other accounts. The player tapped "go to bind" to bind recent new account with the gmail/FB bound with his old account, of course it will show the gmail/FB already used. Again as what I said, do not tap go to bind or bind account, wait for 5 seconds and tap OK to switch account instead of keep binding account and have the same error message over and over again.

I'm sorry you were right, it's just confusing you have to wait 5s first than confirm with ok than wait 5s again and confirm again. Thank you for your help.

Maybe you could make a user manual for this proces with screenshots and place it somewhere where players can easily find it, because I see that lots of people have trouble when they switch to other device.
