I can not purchase packs it will not let me.... I have uninstalled the game n installed again but still nothing

I'm missing an account That Mafia city deleted. I paid too much money for yall to remove it and especially I've linked it on my Facebook and gmail....

    I’ve got the same problem. It took me out of my account and created an account unbeknownst to me. Because of that, I am now on 4 accounts as I have tried and tried to retrieve my one and only main account and now I am stuck with a blinking profile pic on the account that I never wanted to create in the first place. I’ve emailed, Facebook posted and even tried to get through them via Line (which by the way, is full and won’t accept any more friends) and nothing. It’s been 4-5 days of this and I can’t access this main account xXToNy DoNuTzXx!!! :u1F621: :u1F621:
